Many people think that arthritis is just about joint pain.
It’s not.

It all started with what Brandi saw in the black and white photo.

Brandi had read about rheumatoid arthritis and had wondered if she had it.
Well, in that moment she looked down at her own swollen, bent knuckles and she knew. She just knew she did.
It turns out that Brandi has several genetic mutations for rheumatoid arthritis. She has variants in her FHL3, CXCR5, and PAD14 genes to name a few.
Armed with this genetic knowledge, Brandi found a rheumatologist who listened to her and was able to confirm what was in her DNA—
Brandi had an inherited form of rheumatoid arthritis. This was the cause of her agonizing pain and other symptoms.
Finally, she was able to get the proper medical treatment.
It wasn’t enough to just take a general approach to addressing her arthritis. She needed to address her problem at the genetic level. For example, she needed to do something to decrease her overactive FHL3 gene that was leading to an excess of prostaglandin E2, a hormone-like substance linked to inflammation.
That’s why Brandi upped her Omega 3 intake, to counteract the overproduction of those pesky inflammation-causing prostaglandins.
She also began implementing other natural strategies based on her unique genes to reduce the inflammation in her joints like eating more garlic, and taking water aerobics classes a couple times a week.
And then…Brandi started walking without pain.
And then…she had the energy to play with her kids. And think clearly at work.
Brandi is now free of the arthritis symptoms that kept her trapped in an inflamed body for years. She is FREE.
