A scientific approach that focuses on you.

SelfDecode is the only company in the world that directly provides you with a holistic set of accurate health recommendations based on your genes so that you can take charge of your own healthcare with data-driven precision health decisions.

7 Billion

pieces of DNA

Thousands

of lab tests

Thousands

of environmental factors

In order to make the best health decisions, you must take all of your health data into account. Otherwise, you end up addressing individual problems or symptoms without looking at the whole picture. The problem is that there is just too much information for any human to analyze.

SelfDecode is the only company doing AI in genomics & real precision health.

Our reports are built on the latest AI and machine-learning technology so that you get results that are actually meaningful. We use techniques in AI including Deep Learning, Bayesian Machine learning, and Hyperdimensional Computing for imputation and our genetic models. This is some of the same technology that companies are using to make driverless cars!

This makes SelfDecode the most accurate DNA health kit on the market because we are able to analyze millions of genetic variants at once, instead of a few dozen hand-picked variants.

Best Health Recommendations

1 DNA kit.
Up to 83 million genetic variants.

Using a technique called genetic imputation, our system turns the ~750,000 SNPs that our world-class Illumina GSA DNA kit analyzes into over 83 million additional variants with an accuracy rate of 99.7%.

This allows us to analyze over 100x more of your genome than other leading DNA testing companies.

Then we figure out which of these variants affect your health and translate this into a genetic risk score that tells you how your genetic risk compares to others. Finally, our algorithm predicts the best lifestyle and health recommendations to counteract your risk based on your unique genes.
