Greg Nacarelli, ND, CNGS
Greg has made a name for himself in the genomics field through his advanced research efforts and enhanced capability for identifying underlying genetic factors of presenting symptoms. He earned his Master of Science degree in Individualized Genomics and Health at Johns Hopkins University and a Naturopathic Doctoral degree through Bastyr University.
Greg is a PhD candidate in the Healthcare Genetics and Genomics program at Clemson University, he is on track to become the world’s most knowledgeable genetic consultant. We are honored to have Greg on our team as our DNA Health Coach to help people like you navigate their health symptoms and identify the best methods for improving overall health.
Ravneet Grewal, CGC
Ravneet is a certified genetic counselor and earned her Master of Science degree in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. Genetic counselors are healthcare professionals which specialize in hereditary disorders. They work to help individuals and families navigate the impact of genetic factors on one’s health by collecting family histories, discussing genetic testing options and results, providing management guidelines, and providing referrals and resources.
Prior to joining Self Decode, she spent three years at a high volume perinatology clinic. Ravneet’s goal is to help individuals make informed decisions regarding their health through education.

What if I’m already a SelfDecode member?
The Monthly Consultation plan will replace your current plan and you’ll still have access to all your current reports, data and features. You may choose to downgrade your plan at any time.
Can I purchase more than one consultation?
If you would like to meet with one of our coaches multiple times, we recommend signing up for the Monthly Consultation plan, which you can cancel at any time.
However, you may also purchase multiple 1 hour sessions if you would like.
What is the difference between the Genetic Predispostions Consultation and the Genetics + Labs Consultation?
During the Genetic Predispositions Consultation, you’ll focus on reviewing your genetic results and disease predisposition results.
If you would like for your coach to review your labs and lifestyle data alongside your genetic results for a more holistic view of your health, then the Genetics + Labs Consultation is the right choice for you.

DNA, lab tests, supplements and other health care services outside of what is specified above (e.g. urgent care, MRIs, x-rays) are not included in the monthly membership plan.
How do I cancel my plan?
You have the option to cancel your plan completely or downgrade to a regular SelfDecode membership. Just reach out to support@selfdecode.com and request a cancellation. We will process one final monthly fee per your billing cycle after requesting cancellation and you will have access to SelfDecode services through that billing period.
What does “unlimited messaging” mean?
You’ll be able to send secure messages to your care team any time you want through the client portal. You should receive a response from your team within 72 hours, but usually sooner.
What if I'm waiting on my DNA results to come back?
While you wait on your genetic test results, your coach will go over other important factors that impact your health, such as lifestyle risks, recent lab test results or family history. You'll also work on setting goals and preparing to understand your genetic test results.
What if I have an extensive health history to review?
Each month includes a one hour consultation and up to one hour of health data material review by your coach. If you require a more extensive review of health data materials (labwork history, supplementation history, etc), then you may add Extra Consultation Analysis for a $50 fee as desired.
What conditions/symptoms are not eligible for the program?
Please seek immediate medical help if you are experiencing any of the following:

If you have experienced any of the previous symptoms and desire to do a consult, you will have to confirm you are seeing a medical professional who is managing that aspect of your health care.
Are consultations available for minors?
Consultations are not available for individuals under the age of 18.
I purchased a consult more than two years ago. Can I still redeem it?
If you purchased a consult more than two years ago, you will be required to pay the difference between the original price and the current price to redeem it. Please contact us for assistance, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
