: No, you only need to purchase one DNA kit. You can then order as many reports as you like using the same kit.
: Yes, you can order additional reports at any time, even after you have received your initial results.
: Your results will be ready within 3-6 weeks, depending on your location. You will receive an email notification once your results are available.

: Once you have collected your sample, you will mail it back to our lab using the provided prepaid shipping label (for US customers) or request your pre-paid return label here: www.selfdecode.com/app/request-return-label/ (for International customers). Please be aware that we are unable to provide return labels for Mexico and some countries at this time. : For customers in the US, the return labels are conveniently attached to the DNA kit box. After you’ve completed your home test, simply affix the provided label to the box and drop it off at your nearest postal service. No further action is needed.
: If you are returning your kit from Mexico, we cannot provide prepaid return labels. Customers in Mexico must arrange their own shipping for kit returns.
