  • C allele carriers showed reduced activity in mPFC relative to GG. mPFC is important in reward and SWS.
  • Late sleeper, more activity at night.
  • The risk for psychosis.
  • Abdominal obesity, addiction and difficulty complying with behavioral weight-reduction treatment.
