  • 1.75X higher risk of developing Alzheimer's (when combined with another snp) (TT) (R).
  • Increased risk of Tuberculosis...LXR protects against Tuberculosis (R).
  • CT had a higher risk of IBD, but not significantly higher (P=.11) (R).
